Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Our commitment
Mason Perrotta is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information about buying or selling a home in the Coachella Valley, and we work to make that real on the page.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C, the recognized international standard for web accessibility. We also comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
- Ensure keyboard navigation works on every page — no mouse required.
- Label every form field and use clear error messaging.
- Use ARIA attributes where native HTML semantics aren't enough.
- Test across modern browsers and assistive technologies.
- Continuously review new pages and components before they ship.
Known limitations
We work hard to keep this site accessible, but some content is outside our direct control:
- MLS listing data and photos are provided by the local Multiple Listing Service via IDX feed. Photo alt text quality varies based on what the listing agent provided.
- Third-party booking widgets (e.g., Cal.com) are embedded from external providers; their accessibility is governed by their own teams.
If you encounter a specific accessibility issue with any of these, please contact us and we'll work to provide the information another way.

Equal housing

Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is a process, not a checkbox. We continue to audit and improve this site as standards evolve and as we learn from the people who use it. Last formal audit: May 26, 2026.
