This website (livecoachellavalley.com) is operated by Mason Perrotta, a licensed California real estate agent (CA DRE #02224978) affiliated with Century 21 Affiliated Fine Homes & Estates. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Mason and the brokerage acting on his behalf.

We only collect information you actively give us:

• Contact form / lead submissions. Name, email, phone, message, and any property details you provide (address, beds/baths/sqft, condition, timeframe).
• Home valuation requests. Property address and home details for the automated estimate, plus your contact info for the follow-up CMA.
• Communication preferences. If you opt in (TCPA consent), we may contact you by phone, text, or email.
• Basic technical data. Anonymous traffic analytics (page views, referring source) collected via privacy-respecting tools. No third-party advertising cookies.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account details, or government-issued IDs through this site. If a transaction reaches the point where those are needed, we exchange them through a secured brokerage channel governed by California real estate law — not through this website.

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you requested.
• To send follow-ups about listings, valuations, or appointments — only when you've opted in.
• To comply with California Department of Real Estate (DRE) record-keeping requirements.
• To improve the website and the experience of visitors like you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third-party advertisers.

Lead and valuation data is stored in Supabase, a third-party database service compliant with SOC 2 Type II. Email notifications are sent through Resend; text notifications, when enabled, are sent through Twilio. We rely on these providers' own security practices and limit data shared to what is strictly necessary for the service.

We retain lead data for as long as is reasonable to follow up, and as long as required by California real estate record-keeping rules (typically 3 years). You can request deletion at any time — see “Your rights” below.

We use only essential cookies required to keep the site functioning (e.g., authentication for the agent dashboard). Aggregate, anonymized analytics may be used to understand which pages are visited; no personal identifiers are collected for advertising purposes, and no third-party advertising trackers run on this site.

Property listing data shown on this site is provided by the local MLS via an IDX (Internet Data Exchange) feed and is intended for consumers' personal, non-commercial use. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Square footages, room counts, and other property details are approximate.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including:

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to correct inaccurate information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share, but the right is yours by default).
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the homepage.
